Shipping Policy
Orders placed Monday through the close of business Friday, PST will be processed within 48 hours. Orders placed after the close of business Friday through Sunday will be process on Monday or the first business day after a holiday weekend. All orders will be shipped via UPS (United Parcel Service) and must be shipped to a valid street address.
All orders are F.O.B Torrance, CA USA via UPS (United Parcel Service). All shipping costs and applicable taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Return Policy
If not completely satisfied with an item you’ve purchased directly from Rytan, Inc., simply return it to Rytan, Inc. in the original packaging with all return shipping charges prepaid. Upon receipt Rytan, Inc. will evaluate the return and issue credit back to your debit/credit card less shipping charges within 14 days. The following exceptions apply:
-Non-Refundable items:
All cutters (RY10030, RY20030, RY115 & RY225)
All Kits containing cutters (RY103, RY111 & RY222)
