Rytan happily repairs, refurbishes, and upgrades all models of our Rytan machines. Note: we don’t sell refurbished machines.
What is the process of a repair, refurbish, or upgrade?:
- All returning customers need to do is package their machine very securely and send it to our warehouse at 1648 W 134th Street, Gardena CA 90249
- Please include a note with your name, contact information, and the issue you are having
- Once our tech receives the machine, he will go through the entire machine and provide our office staff with a repair write-up.
- (Rest assured knowing that it is the same tech who assembles our brand new machines!).
- We will take the write-up and generate a quote. We will then contact the customer with pricing and lead time.

Please note: we cannot quote repairs without first seeing the machine.
- The only fixed charge we can give you ahead of time is labor, which ranges from $20 to $30 per hour. Labor rates are dependent on the repairs that need to be made and the overall size of the job.
- Labor charges include:
- Machine intake and diagnostic, removal of all old parts, installation of all new parts, depth adjustment, and a light cleaning.

- Charged the same price as listed on our website.
- Securely packaged:
- If the machine isn’t packaged securely there will be an additional charge of $15.99 for brand-new, secure packaging. (So please make sure to securely package the machine before sending it to our warehouse to avoid this charge!)
- Note: This is the same packaging we use on our brand new machines.
- Shipping charges:
- Are at the customer’s expense. We ship machines via UPS ground. Shipping charges will be added to the repair total and charged prior to the release of the machine.
